Artichokes are in season for a short time. Join us for an exclusive experience with one of Italy’s most cherished ingredients. Chef Francesco will be taking you through a curated menu showcasing different applications for artichokes, one of Chef Francesco’s favorite traditional ingredients. All skill levels accepted. Come hungry.

COVID UPDATE: As we are excited about offering our cooking classes to the community, extra precautions will be taken to make sure everyone remains safe. Temperature checks will be required of all participants, masks are required, and any participant handling food will be required to wear gloves.
